![]() ![]() I recommend TextExpander for anybody who's looking to speed up their writing workflow. Once you know where to look for the information, or if you go and look and see the custom snippets that they offer on their website, if there's something that you need to do, chances are TextExpander has a way to do it, and they've already thought of it, and they already have it so that you can easily incorporate it into the tool and start using it right away. The fact that it allows you to customize and do all kinds of things that are maybe not with the standard feature set that it comes with may seem a little daunting at first, but I would say even those things are easy. So really it was a tremendously easy tool. ![]() You can be using TextExpander for your emails, for your documents, for anything that you're typing on your computer. The onboarding process that TextExpander uses to get you up to speed with the tool can have you up and running within minutes. TextExpander was very easy to use, but I will say that if you've never worked with an application like TextExpander, it may seem a little strange at first, but not to worry. ![]() More than just simple texts replacements, it has shortcuts for HTML and CSS, which I do a little bit of, and it also just gives you so much ability to customize your own snippets in a way that saves me a tremendous amount of time each and every day that I use it. It also has a great website with lots of insights and resources, and also custom snippets that you can add to TextExpander that just extends it even further in terms of what you can do with it. I got a response in less than four hours, and not only was it a response from someone who knew exactly what I was trying to do, they had the exact answer that I needed to implement TextExpander to do what I was trying to do. There was a situation, as a matter of fact, where I had a question about whether or not I could use TextExpander to do something very specific with a content issue that I was dealing with. The customer service has been tremendously helpful. Also has tremendously helpful resources on how to get the most out of TextExpander. And not only that, it had some features that I hadn't even thought of that I actually was able to put to work in my day-to-day content development. I chose TextExpander because it had pretty much every feature that I was looking for. Prior to TextExpander I had looked at a couple of other similar solutions, such as Wordly, but I found that TextExpander had a much better set of features, as well as excellent customer support and excellent documentation on how to use it.
